ONCE PASSENGER FLIGHTS ARE INCREASED, COURIER CHARGES WOULD GO BACK TO BORMAL. WE SEEK YOUR UNDERSTANDING DURING THESE TRYING TIMES. 

We are a company dedicated to provide all the latest and trendiest indian/fusion apparels to our customers all across the globe. 

We are determined to deliver the best options with prices that are easy on the pockets. We also hand pick statement pieces which are unique, with a pinch of western flair which allows the apparels to be used for both daily wear and functions.

Please note that we generally ship items within 7-9 working days from the date of order, or 14 working days for apparels which need stitching. For selected items, the shipping timing vary, and we would advise you of the same.  Once your item has been shipped, a tracking ID would be forwarded to you. 

In the event that we are unable to deliver your items due to unforseen circumstances, we will offer you full refund or exchange, to your favour. 

 

We also provide customized outfits - Lehenga, western wear, saree, gown, readymade saree, suit sets, blazer sets, outfits for children and men so do contact us if you require such services. 

Return and Refunds -

ALL REFUNDS ARE MADE VIA STORE CREDITS

Items that have been requested for return and refund/exchange has to be notified

WITHIN ONE DAY from delivery date 

and returned to us within 5 working days with a valid tracking ID from the date of delivery 

and upon receipt of the item (undamaged), your refund would be made AS STORE CREDIT immediately.

100% refund for unstitched items, or items which do not require stitching, or exchange

50% refund for standard size stitching, or exchange.

NO REFUND for customized stitching and no exchange. 

NO REFUND for 'change of minds'. 

Please note that failure to contact us within one day of delivery with intention of return/exchange constitutes as 'change of minds' 

Please note that we shall not make a refund for damaged items or a deduction be made accordingly for damages (including stains, tears, odour, perfume) or

in the event that all the return policies and conditions are met,

or failure to notify intention to exchange return within the stipulated time frame,

or should the item not be returned within the stipulated time frame. 

NO REFUND for all items bought during a sale or a special discount rate.
